• “Having worked with Rick on multiple occasions with a 100% success rate, he is top of my very short list of “go-to” mediators. Rick was able to facilitate settlements between some firmly entrenched parties, testing positions and investigating interests calmly, but from a position of authority given his impressive litigation background.”

  • "Thank you, Rick. We were very pleased with both the outcome and the process."

    Neil Kelly, MD Law

  • "Thank you for all your help yesterday Rick. It was much appreciated by all of us. It was tough and emotional for my clients but following the settlement they are looking forward not backwards and today is a new day."

    Jeremy Rowland, Rowland Law

  • “Rick is an excellent mediator and has a wide breadth of expertise across various practice areas. He is organised and took the time prior to the mediation to work with the instructing solicitors to ensure the parties were best placed to focus on reaching a positive outcome at the mediation. His approach meant that the day was extremely productive. He actively listened to each party, spending the necessary time to narrow the issues and cut through the impasse. This ultimately led to a sensible agreement being reached on the day, which was in the interest of all the parties, saving the significant costs which would have been incurred if the matter had proceeded to trial. I would not hesitate to recommend Rick as a mediator”.

    Frank Jones, Weightmans

Committed. Experienced. Personable.

Rick brings bags of energy and enthusiasm to a mediation, getting to know and understand the parties and their goals from the mediation and gaining their trust before working tirelessly but calmly and sensitively towards a solution for all the parties.
